How will I be refunded?

3. Cash on Delivery (COD):

  • If you paid for your order using the Cash on Delivery (COD) option, we will issue a credit to your TrendyBuy account for the refunded amount.
  • You can use this credit towards future purchases on our website.

4. Store Credit:

  • In certain cases, we may issue a store credit instead of a refund, which can be used for future purchases on our website.

5. Return Shipping Costs:

  • If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, item arrived damaged), we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is not due to our error (e.g., change of mind), the return shipping costs will be at your expense.
