3.1. TrendyBuy may at its own discretion accept or reject orders based on availability and correctness of information.

3.2. Acceptance of your order occurs upon dispatch and delivery of the Goods to you.

3.3. Orders can be canceled before receiving a dispatch or delivery notice.

3.4. TV orders require a valid TV license number and account holder ID.

3.5. Placing items in a wishlist or shopping basket doesn’t constitute an order until completed.

3.6. Stock is limited and pricing may change without notice. TrendyBuy takes reasonable efforts to monitor and discontinue offers when stock is unavailable.

3.7. TrendyBuy relies on inventory information from Third Party Suppliers and bears no liability for inaccuracies. 

3.8. Certain Goods may not be purchased for resale, and orders suspected of being for resale may be canceled.

4. Payment

4.1. We are committed to providing secure online payment facilities using appropriate encryption technology.

4.2. Payment for Goods may be made via various methods, including debit card, credit card, direct bank deposit, electronic funds transfer, Instant EFT, cash on delivery, TrendyBuy Vouchers, and more.

4.3. Once you have selected your payment method, you will be directed to a secure site for payment.

4.4. Payment must be made within 2 hours of placing your order, except for cash on delivery orders.

5. Delivery of Goods

5.1. TrendyBuy offers only courier  methods of delivery via our third party courier services.

5.2. Delivery charges are subject to change without prior notice. The applicable charges will be displayed in your cart during checkout.

5.3. Delivery will be made within 7-30 days of receipt of payment, or you may elect to cancel your order.

5.4. TrendyBuy’s obligation to deliver a product is fulfilled upon delivery to the nominated address. TrendyBuy is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product after delivery.

6. Returns

6.1. Please refer to our Returns Policy for information about returning products, refunds, replacements, or repairs.

6.2. The Returns Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms and Conditions.

7. Gift Vouchers & Coupons

7.1. TrendyBuy may offer physical or electronic Gift Vouchers and Coupons for use on the website.

7.2. Gift Vouchers and Coupons have expiration dates and specific terms of use.

7.3. Coupons may have fixed or percentage discounts and are subject to specific terms and conditions.

7.4. Coupons cannot be used to buy Gift Vouchers or other Coupons and cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash or credit.

8. Daily Deals and other discounted Goods

8.1. TrendyBuy may offer certain Goods at discounted prices as part of Daily Deals, App Only Deals, Bundle Deals, or other temporary deals.

8.2. The scope and terms of each deal will be outlined on the website.

8.3. Daily Deals are available for a limited time and quantity.

8.4. App Only Deals are exclusive to the TrendyBuy app.

8.5. Bundle Deals consist of multiple products sold together at a discounted price.

9. Errors

9.1. We take all reasonable efforts to accurately reflect the description, availability, purchase price, and delivery charges of Goods on TrendyBuy.Store.

9.2. We shall not be liable for any loss, claim, or expense relating to a transaction based on any error on the website, except for incorrect purchase prices, which will be refunded.
