How do I cancel an order?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your order. Here's how you can do it:

Before Payment:

If you haven’t paid for your order yet, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Cart.
  2. Select the items you want to remove.
  3. Click on the “Remove” or “Delete” button next to each item.
  4. Review your cart to ensure all unwanted items are removed.
  5. Proceed to checkout and confirm your cancellation.

After Payment:

If you have already paid for your order but haven’t received a shipment confirmation, you may still be able to cancel. Here’s how:

  1. Go to My Account > Orders.
  2. Select the order you wish to cancel.
  3. If the order is eligible for cancellation, you’ll see a “Cancel Order” button.
  4. Click on the “Cancel Order” button and follow the prompts to confirm your cancellation.

Note: If the “Cancel Order” button is not available, it means your order has already been processed and cannot be canceled online. In this case, please contact our customer support team for further assistance.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • We don’t offer refunds for canceled orders, but the amount paid can be credited to your TrendyBuy account for future purchases.
